Otak International is seeking an experienced NOC Engineer to support ongoing and upcoming infrastructure and development projects across the UAE. This role is critical in managing authority coordination, regulatory compliance, and approval workflows to ensure smooth project execution.The NOC Engineer will act as the primary liaison between project teams and local authorities, handling submissions, follow-ups, and approvals in line with Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, and Al Dhafra regulations. The position requires strong local experience, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple approval cycles efficiently.This role offers long-term career growth within UAE infrastructure projects, exposure to major authority processes, and professional development in regulatory compliance and stakeholder coordination.Key Responsibilities:Coordinate with UAE authorities and stakeholders for NOC approvalsPrepare, submit, and track NOC applications and supporting documentsEnsure full compliance with local regulations, standards, and authority requirementsLiaise with project consultants, contractors, and internal teamsSupport project teams throughout the full approval and permitting cycleAddress authority comments and ensure timely resubmissionsMaintain accurate records of approvals, correspondence, and documentationRequirements & Qualifications:Education:Bachelor’s Degree in Civil EngineeringExperience:Minimum 5 years of relevant experienceProven project experience within the UAETechnical & Regulatory Knowledge:Strong knowledge of Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, and Al Dhafra authority regulationsExperience with approval processes and submission requirementsSkills & Competencies:Strong coordination and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple submissions and deadlinesHigh attention to detail and regulatory accuracy
