Key Responsibilities:Manage the procurement and timely delivery of materials for villa construction projectsCoordinate with vendors, suppliers, and contractors to ensure material availability and cost efficiencyMonitor material usage, track inventory levels, and ensure accurate documentationOversee quality control to ensure that materials meet project specifications and standardsDevelop and maintain relationships with suppliers and negotiate prices and contractsWork closely with project managers and site engineers to ensure material requirements are met on timeHandle material storage and ensure safe, organized, and compliant storage practicesQualifications & Experience:Minimum 5 to 10 years of experience in the UAE construction sector, specifically in villa projectsStrong knowledge of construction materials, procurement processes, and inventory managementExperience with project budgeting, cost control, and material planningExcellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skillsAbility to work under pressure and meet tight deadlinesBachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred
