Monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs), to identify areas for improvement and ensure alignment with Borouges strategic objectives.Foster a culture of safety and compliance, to ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations, protecting employees and the environment.Production Planning & Execution:Develop, implement, and monitor production schedules, ensuring adherence to quality standards, delivery timelines, and budget constraints, to meet customer demands and business objectives.Ensure effective capacity planning and resource allocation, to meet fluctuating production demands while optimizing operational efficiency, supporting Borouges market responsiveness.Coordinate with supply chain and procurement teams, to ensure timely availability of raw materials and resources, maintaining uninterrupted production.Implement lean manufacturing practices, to reduce waste and improve process efficiency, aligning with Borouges sustainability goals.Conduct regular production reviews and audits, to ensure compliance with quality standards and identify opportunities for improvement, enhancing product quality.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, to address production challenges and implement solutions, ensuring seamless operations and customer satisfaction.Health, Safety, and Environmental Compliance:Ensure the plant operates in strict compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations, including both local and international standards, to protect employees and the environment.Foster a strong safety culture within the plant, by implementing and monitoring safety policies, conducting regular audits, and leading incident investigations, when necessary, to prevent accidents and incidents.Conduct regular safety training and awareness programs, to educate employees on safe practices and procedures, promoting a safe working environment.Implement and maintain emergency response plans, to ensure preparedness for potential incidents and minimize impact, safeguarding Borouges assets and reputation.Monitor and report on safety performance, to identify trends and areas for improvement, ensuring continuous enhancement of safety practices.Collaborate with regulatory authorities and industry bodies, to stay updated on compliance requirements and best practices, ensuring Borouges adherence to standards.Process Optimization & Continuous Improvement:Lead continuous improvement initiatives, to enhance plant efficiency, productivity, and cost-effectiveness, supporting Borouges operational excellence.Implement lean manufacturing practices, Six Sigma methodologies, and other process optimization tools, to identify and address inefficiencies in plant operations, driving performance improvements.Conduct regular process audits and assessments, to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions, ensuring optimal plant performance.Collaborate with engineering & Technical Support, Operation Support, Asset Management and Operations Performance & Optimization, to develop and implement process improvements, enhancing equipment reliability and reducing downtime.Monitor and analyse production data, to identify trends and opportunities for optimization, supporting data-driven decision-making.Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement, encouraging employees to contribute ideas and solutions, driving Borouges growth and success.QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:Minimum QualificationUniversity Degree in Mechanical, Chemical or any Engineering DisciplineFluency in English Language; written and oralMinimum Experience & Knowledge & Skills:Minimum of 12 - 15 years of experience in Operations and Engineering.Minimum of 6 years of experience as Senior Operations / Technical Engineer in petrochemical industry.Minimum of 5 years of experience in people management position.Hands on experience in mitigating risks, managing plant changes / modification.Working knowledge on polymers? assets, processes, and products.Understanding of the business information systemsYou will be redirected to the company website to apply for this position
