Our client a trading and distribution company in Engineering products are looking for an experienced Logistic AssistantAs a Logistics Assistant his role would be to Encode Local Purchase Order into the system and updates daily the order monitoring for shipment.Coordination with the reception, Service Department, Sales Department and Stores on sending email for GRN & Invoicing.Follow ups with Supplier to acknowledge receipt of the order and liaise for any discrepancies on prices, part number, quantity and quality found in order acknowledgementDisseminates status of order to all concerned Department i.e. Sales, Service and Stores.Applies insurance of the shipment from the Insurance Company. Making sure that insurance policies are issued for each and every Department specially AccountsAssist for arranging the courier shipments from all supplier and making sure that shipment will depart as planned on time.Monitor the shipments through AWB and update the concerned departments.Clearing of shipment by passing Declaration in Mirsal 2 on its type of Declaration such as Import, Export and Import for re Export.Maintain Order Monitoring sheets & Tax Invoice filesAs a Vehicle Service Coordinator his role would be toMonitor and updates everyday status of vehicles such as Renewal, 10,000 km. Servicing, Dubai Police Fines, Salik and Etc.Request for Quotation from the supplier regarding the Tyres, Spare Parts, Brake Pads and etc. related to vehicle problem and forward the quotation to the Vehicle Manage for Approval.Coordinating with Sales People, Technician, Drivers, Service Dept, Accounts, and to Vehicle Manager to ensure problem can be solved on time regarding vehicles.Arranging vehicle?s insurance & RTA Passing and Renewal every year.
