The ideal candidate will be known for enabling business growth through culture transformation focused on company values, strategy, and business goals. The successful candidate will have extensive experience leading global cross-functional teams focused on talent and leadership development strategies, empowering diverse leaders to shape the culture and performance of their companies.More specifically you will:

  • Coach C-suite and company leaders to excel in dynamic, matrixed environments, leveraging business, engineering, and people-centric skills to unlock human potential, build growth mindset, and heighten competencies.
  • Lead cultural transformations and strategic projects for value protection, extraction and generation for global clients in multiple industries and regional areas.
  • Act as a leader, team member, and individual contributor.
  • Implement new technology that allows for a virtual learning environment where the learner is the central focus, moving from compliance to commitment.
  • Facilitate executive leadership workshops focusing on team building and development.
  • Work with clients to develop a sustainable plan for organizational change, including effective employee communications, milestones and success metrics.
  • Lead projects with both large and small scopes.
Job requirementsWho are youTo be successful in this role you will need to have the following skills, experience and qualifications:
  • An Engineering degree or equivalent with hands on engineering experience prior to becoming an Organisational Development Expert
  • Extensive experience working in an engineering position prior to becoming an organizational development leader (e.g experience working in a chemical or manufacturing plant, refinery etc)
  • Proven experience as an Organizational Development Expert, leading global cross-functional teams focused on talent and leadership development strategies
  • Experience coaching C-suite and company leaders to excel in dynamic, matrixed environments.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
