Responsibilities: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and clients.Identify new business opportunities within existing key accounts and target new clients to expand market share.Understand client needs and tailor sales approaches to meet their requirements.Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to secure profitable sales agreements.Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery, stock availability, and customer satisfaction.Monitor sales performance and prepare sales forecasts and reports for management.Implement promotional activities and merchandising strategies to maximize sales.Stay informed about market trends, competitors, and customer preferences.Resolve client issues promptly and professionally to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by management.Qualifications: Proven experience in key account sales, preferably in retail or supermarket sectors.Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.Strong understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management.Ability to analyze sales data and market trends.Fluent in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.Result-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or relevant field.
