AccountabilitiesLead the implementation of EY Cargo commercial strategy in the respective market and for the respective accounts.Define and agree periodic plan of sales activity to ensure targets are reached and recordedLead, develop, manage and maintain a portfolio of customer contracts following Etihad Cargos segmentation model and commercial strategy.Communicate and meet regularly with relevant accounts to inform about new products and promotions to increase sales in order to reach the expected sales targetIdentify and implement fidelity techniques to ensure a long-lasting fruitful business relationship with major accountsResearch, gather and analyse products availability in the market to assist in the proposal of new products and services to improve Company salesResearch, gather and analyse competitors’ information to define the bestselling approach to increase Company market quota and visibilityCommunicate and regularly meet with area intermediaries to inform about new products and promotions to ensure the best and most updated value proposal is timely communicated to the marketCoordinate and draft contractual agreements with intermediaries to ensure customers’ requirements are captured effectively and in compliance with existing policiesNegotiate and manage commercial agreements with assigned accounts of trade and corporate segment to ensure sales can be closed, respecting corporate guidelines and indicationsDrive implementation of iCargo, self-service solutions, direct booking capabilities and E-Airway Bill.Cooperate with the GHA/Cargo Terminal to supply quality service to customers and comply with the EY StandardsUse defined tools of KPI and SLA to ensure compliance with EYCC standards and service levels.Participate in the budgeting process. Ensure no financial bad debt and full compliance with CASS when applicable.Education and ExperienceEducated with a minimum bachelor’s degree or equivalentMinimum 3 years commercial experience within Cargo - extensive experience in relevant market with strong customer knowledgeFluent English and Arabic for GCC role - both written and spoken is essentialStrong cargo commercial experience.Basic Knowledge and experience with GHA/warehouse handling.You will be redirected to the company website to apply for this position.
