This 2 year contract role involves collaborating with other functions heads to ensure efficient and effective IT service delivery operations and infrastructure. The IT Director will work closely with leadership team to understand and prioritize the technology needs of the business and will be responsible for ensuring that the companys technology solutions are aligned with its strategic goals.What Youll Be Doing.Formulate and deploy long-term strategic plans for acquiring and enabling efficient and cost-effective information processing and communication technologies. .Evaluate technology and service enhancements related to commercial products, services and customer experience..Together with the ATG CIO, define the information security management framework for operations in line with the organizations principles and general guidelines..Formulate and deploy long-term strategic plans for acquiring and enabling efficient and cost-effective information processing and communication technologies. .Lead IT department operational and strategic planning, including business requirements, project planning, and organizing and negotiating the allocation of resources. .Define and deliver IT initiatives to support enhancements to ATI customer experience..Develop bid requirements for all hardware and software upgrades, review submitted bids for compliance with stated requirements, and make the appropriate award. .Authorize and oversee the deployment, monitoring, maintenance, development, and support of all hardware and software based on department needs. .Develop business case justifications and cost/benefit analyses for IT spending and initiatives. .Direct research on potential technology solutions and implementations in support of new initiatives, opportunities, and procurement efforts. .Implement all IT policies and procedures, including those for architecture, security, risk assessment, standards, purchasing, and service provision. .Consult senior-level stakeholders across the entire organization to identify business and technology needs and to optimize the use of information technology. .Ensure smooth delivery and operation of IT services by monitoring systems performance. .Create processes and standards for selection, implementation, and support of IT systems. .Establishes level of service standards and operating policies/procedures for overall system availability and individual system components. .Develop strong, unified IT team, promoting a culture of inclusivity, empowerment, growth, and accountability. .Guide and motivate the entire IT team to enhance performance and produce quality work, and to ensure that they are continuously developed for higher-level roles. .Prepare performance evaluation and appraisal reports of direct reports to assess their productivity and progress and About YouEducation:Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.Experience:15+ years of experience, with at least 5 years in a similar Role within a multi-channel retail organization.Other requirements: .Strong understanding of retail-specific technology systems, including point-of-sale, inventory management, and e-commerce platforms..Experience leading and managing a team of IT professionals, including hiring, training, and performance management..Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver them on time and within budget. .Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. .Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues..Experience developing and managing IT budgets, including forecasting and cost analysis. .Strong knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies, with the ability to identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement.
