As an exciting new vertical within Careem (a startup within a startup), we?re in the early stages of building our product and have plenty of interesting and fundamental challenges to solve in order to achieve our ambitious growth goals in this burgeoning space.What you?ll doAs a Supply Chain Intern, you will ensure our products get from the supplier to our shelves on time and in the right quantities through accurate demand forecasting and planning.

  • Execute purchase orders and follow up with Suppliers to ensure on-time and accurate delivery of our shipments.
  • Monitor stock levels of categories to ensure healthy coverage across stores.
  • Working alongside commercial teams to build forecasts of new product launches.
  • Flag operational issues & create improvement plans in collaboration with the store operations
  • Execute Delivery Orders and scheduling with store operations
  • Work with Distribution Center & suppliers to ensure adequate
What you?ll needSuccessful candidates will have a passionate commitment to improving the lives of people, an insane focus on excellence and customer centricity, and a strong alignment with our core values and purpose.
  • Bachelor?s degree.
  • Strong communication skills
  • Experience: 0-1 year
  • Working with large amounts of data on spreadsheets/dashboards
  • Strong Analytical Skills
