:Assist with the day-to-day operations of the HR functions and dutiesMaintain digital and physical records of employees (e.g., contracts, leaves, attendance, etc.)Support the recruitment process by scheduling interviews, screening resumes, and coordinating communication with candidatesPrepare HR-related documents such as employment contracts, new hire guides, and onboarding formsAssist with onboarding of new employeesRespond to internal and external HR-related inquiries or requestsHelp organize and coordinate HR projects, events, and activitiesUpdate internal databases (e.g., record sick or maternity leave)Assist with payroll preparation by providing relevant employee information (e.g., leaves, absences, etc.)Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrityRequirements:Proven experience as an HR Assistant, HR Administrative Assistant, or relevant roleUnderstanding of HR functions and best practicesProficient in MS Office; experience with HR software is a plusExcellent organizational and time-management skillsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to handle data with confidentialityDegree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
