We are seeking a dedicated and qualified HSE Officer with a NEBOSH IGC certification and over 5 years of relevant experience. The HSE Officer will be responsible for implementing and monitoring health, safety, and environmental policies on-site, ensuring compliance with legal standards, and fostering a safe working environment for all employees and visitors.Key Responsibilities:Conduct regular site inspections to identify hazards and ensure compliance with safety standards.Implement and monitor HSE policies, procedures, and best practices.Coordinate and participate in risk assessments and incident investigations.Promote safety awareness and training among staff and contractors.Ensure proper safety signage, PPE usage, and emergency preparedness.Maintain accurate HSE documentation and incident records.Monitor and report on safety performance metrics.Assist in the development and review of safety procedures and plans.Liaise with regulatory authorities and ensure compliance with legal requirements.Support ongoing HSE audits and inspections.Qualifications:NEBOSH International General Certificate (IGC) is required.Minimum of 5+ years of experience in HSE, preferably in [industry-specific if applicable].Knowledge of local health, safety, and environmental regulations.Strong understanding of risk management and incident investigation.Excellent communication and training skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Relevant HSE certifications or courses are a plus.
