IDC MPS is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented HR Officer to strengthen its HR operations across multiple client portfolios. The role will involve managing recruitment, onboarding, employee support, and compliance processes while ensuring smooth HR operations for both government and private sector clients.Key Responsibilities:• Oversee recruitment and onboarding processes including job offers, contracts, visa applications, and medical clearances.• Manage employee lifecycle activities such as NOC issuance, letters, renewals, and terminations.• Handle leave management, timesheet tracking, and preparation of weekly and monthly HR reports.• Coordinate with PRO and Finance departments for visa processing, MOFA, Emirates ID, pensions, and Tawjeeh classes.• Drive employee engagement initiatives and maintain strong client relationships.• Manage outsourced staff across client projects ensuring compliance and smooth HR operations.• Prepare HR documentation, track compliance, and compile HR reporting.Requirements:• Previous HR experience in the UAE (at HR Officer/Assistant HR Officer level).• Strong working knowledge of UAE Labor Law and HR best practices.• Advanced MS Excel skills and ability to prepare reports.• Excellent communication and organizational skills.• Capacity to handle high volumes of employee support across multiple clients.• Fluency in both English and Arabic (spoken and written).• Immediate joiners will be preferred.
