In this pivotal role, you will play a key part in driving our HR strategy across various entities, ensuring a positive employee experience and supporting our continued success.Key Responsibilities:· Partner with business leaders across the group to understand their needs and develop tailored HR solutions that support business objectives.· Oversee all aspects of the HR lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and learning & development.· Lead and manage the HR operations function, ensuring smooth and efficient day-to-day HR processes.· Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent across the group.· Stay up-to-date on UAE labor laws and regulations, ensuring compliance and mitigating risk.· Provide expert guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters.· Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.· Develop and implement initiatives to promote a positive and engaging company culture.Qualifications:· A seasoned HR professional with a minimum of 3 years of experience working in the UAE, preferably within a group structure.· Proven track record of success in partnering with business leaders and translating strategy into actionable HR initiatives.· Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
