Responsibilities:1. Strategic HR Management– Develop and execute HR strategies and policies aligned with company objectives.– Contribute to organizational development, manpower planning, and workforce optimization.2.Talent Acquisition & Onboarding– Oversee recruitment of qualified candidates for both office and field operations especially blue collar recruitment.– Coordinate onboarding processes, orientation, and integration of new hires.3. Employee Training & Development– Assess training needs for both office-based and on-site staff (e.g., technicians, supervisors, admin).– Design and implement customized training programs:Office Staff: Soft skills, leadership, communication, systems training (HRMS/ERP).On-Site Staff: Safety training, technical skill development, equipment handling, compliance.– Coordinate with department heads to track and evaluate training outcomes.– Manage vendor relationships for external training providers or certifications.– Maintain training records and ensure continuous development planning.4. Performance Management– Implement performance appraisal systems (KPIs/OKRs).– Guide managers on setting goals and providing constructive feedback.– Develop career development and succession planning frameworks.5. Employee Relations & Engagement– Maintain a positive work culture across office and field teams.– Handle employee grievances and mediate conflict resolutions.– Organize team-building and engagement initiatives.6. Compensation & Benefits– Oversee payroll, allowances, leave management, and end-of-service calculations.– Benchmark salaries and recommend competitive compensation structures.7. HR Compliance & Documentation– Ensure all HR practices align with UAE Labor Law and WPS.– Manage employment contracts, visa documentation, and coordination with the PRO.– Update HR manuals, policies, and standard operating procedures.8.HR Operations– Maintain and optimize HRMS/HRIS for workforce tracking and reporting.– Prepare HR reports and analytics for management decision-making.– Monitor staff attendance and discipline across sites.9. PRO Duties– Handle all procedures related to TAHSEEL. MOHRE. GDRFA, and other UAE government entities.– Maintain up-to-date knowledge of UAE Government procedures, policies, and online systems.Qualifications:– Male candidate with a MBA in Human Resources or equivalent.– Proven 2+ years of HR experience within the UAE, preferably in a mixed workforce environment.– Strong understanding of UAE labor laws, training regulations, and HR compliance.– Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi is mandatory and Tamil, Arabic is a plus.– UAE Driving License(preferred)
