Job Description

Key Responsibilities:Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.Assist with recruitment activities, including job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.Support onboarding processes for new hires, including documentation and orientation.Help organize employee training sessions and company events.Respond to employee queries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.Prepare HR documents such as employment contracts, letters, and reports.Assist with payroll coordination and attendance tracking.Support compliance with labor laws and company policies.Coordinate communication between management and employees.Qualifications:Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.Prior experience in HR or administrative roles is a plus.Basic knowledge of HR principles and labor laws.Proficient in MS Office and HR software (e.g., HRIS).Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Good communication and interpersonal skills.
