Key Responsibilities: Lead, monitor, and evaluate teaching practices within the Key Stage.Develop and implement curriculum plans in line with national standards and school policies.Support and mentor teaching staff, fostering professional development.Oversee assessment, reporting, and tracking of student progress.Organize and lead Key Stage meetings and training sessions.Collaborate with senior leadership to ensure smooth operation of the Key Stage.Promote a positive, inclusive, and motivating learning environment.Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field; Master’s preferred.Valid teaching certification/license.Significant experience in primary education, including leadership roles.Strong organizational and leadership skills.Excellent communication and team management abilities.Knowledge of curriculum standards and assessment practices.
