Job Description

Ensure the hostess desk or door is always manned to provide all guests with a friendly and prompt welcome upon arrival.Schedule dining reservations and arrange parties or special services according to Restaurant Reservations SOP, ensuring efficient coordination.Use the F&B Enquiry/Booking checklist to handle restaurant enquiries and bookings professionally and in accordance with standards.Greet guests warmly, escort them to tables, match their pace, and present menus promptly after seating. Share guest names with relevant service staff immediately.Act as an escort for VIP and regular guests/residents, providing personalized attention and maintaining knowledge of their preferences, allergies, and special requests.Anticipate and fulfill guest needs accurately, including those with special requirements, delivering service that exceeds expectations while adhering to Heart of Jumeirah standards.About You:The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:2 years of experience in Guest’s service-related work in a 5-star hotelProactive approach to assist guests displaying positive body languageStrong Organizational SkillsDisplay Integrity in dealing with guests and colleaguesRespect values and cultural differenceYou will be redirected to the company website to apply for this position
