To track movement of incoming and outgoing cargo and freight shipments in airline, trucking terminals, and shipping docks.? Support the team in Freight billing as needed.? Take orders from customers and arrange pickup of freight and cargo for delivery to destination.? The successful applicant is mainly responsible to ensure accurate tracking management of products for MENA region. Partly responsible to check deliveries are in proper order, oversees the delivery of freight to their lodging, up until they get to the end user or receiver.Job Responsibilities:? Maintaining tracking updates for all mode of shipments for MENA region.? Ensure that all shipments are timelessly settled (Freight Billing).? Expedites shipments from origin to destination as needed.? Ensure that all shipment are pre-customs cleared.? Co-ordinate Forwarding agent to arrange collection and managing shipping schedule.? Ensure that ROE is updated in ERP daily.? Weekly status report, and shipment tracking.? Suggest improvements in the operations process to reduce cost and lead time.? Tracking, tracing and updating the status of shipments on as daily basis.? Coordinate and arrange freight import/export services for domestic and international goods.? Communicate with various contacts (customers, vendors, partners, etc.) in processing shipments.? Expedite clearance and delivery to meet client?s requirements, A/R, and A/P.? Maintain and compile operational information including but not limited to customer/vendor profiles, quotes, and other related data.? Provide daily activity reports to management.Job Requirements:? 5+ years? experience in Logistic management.? Bachelor degree in any related business course.? Open for shifting schedules and long hours if necessary.? Excellent in verbal and written communication skills.? Good listener and fast thinker for problem solving.? Initiative and ability to work in a multi-cultural environment.? Assertive, determined, flexible, creative, and warm personality.? Great energy and initiatives, creative, resourceful and meticulous nature.? Organized and resourceful. He/she must strive for accuracy all the time and have good communication and customer service skills.?
