Job Purpose: Lead the delivery of Saudi Beverages FP&A and Commercial unit planning calendar by way of developing short term and long-term plans & providing financial analytical support for business initiatives with specific focus on Saudi. Key interface ? Cluster Franchise Lead, BU CFO, BU FP&A, Sector FP&A Responsibilities Planning Calendar Lead in the preparation of long-term plans, Annual Operating Plans and periodic forecasts, in line with CU Planning calendar; ensure timeliness and high quality and ensure achievement of country financial performance targets through a robust analysis of forecast against actual performance, development of contingency plans and corrective actions Ensure timely and accurate submission of rolling forecast, quarterly forecast and monthly business review deck to BU and engage discussion with CUGM on NOPBT cause of change Ownership of forecasting models for units? shipments and financials Develop and communicate periodic updates on KPIs including shipments update, DIIs, bottlers? orders and forecasts Supporting Cluster Finance director in analytical review of monthly and quarterly results and working on developing & implementing corrective actions if required Align & interact with keys functions & taking them through the key assumptions of the planning/forecasting cycles. Support core FP&A team in Issuing monthly Cause of Change reports for P&L, Balance Sheet and OCF vs. Plan and Forecast Report Pre/Post activity analysis and Project evaluations as required Provide support for ad hoc requests from internal/external customers Financial Reporting Support the Pre-Close process with control team as per NOPBT flash preset agenda Close monitoring of A&M spend, ensuring accurate reporting under Black Swan definitions Monthly monitoring of the Bottlers Build Draw analysis Support internal corporate audit and other ad hoc audit projects i.e., Bottler Volume and Concentrate audits. Working Capital & OCF Dedicated focus on OCF and bottlers? credit limits and manage Bottler Credit situation and monthly monitoring of AR aging report Review bottler receivables and payables in order to find opportunities to improve WC utilization Periodic reporting to Management including lead in finalizing OCF forecasts for CU OCF reviews Bottler Days In Inventory (DII): Maintain and report bottler month end inventories of concentrate and finished goods Perform periodic concentrate reconciliations and report any variances outside of tolerance levels; investigate build/draw trends Concentrate pricing Liaise with Franchise function / RM team for up-to-date volume and NWSP data Own the annual concentrate pricing process for all Saudi bottler & Jordan bottler Proactively investigate variances vs. planning assumptions with Saudi and Jordan bottlers Qualifications Finance/Business bachelor?s degree; MBA is a Plus. Extensive knowledge and experience of leading FP&A work Advanced understanding of Beverage business system economics; Concentrate & Bottling streams Internal stakeholder management; finding the right balance in the discussions with Franchise, Marketing and Core FP&A Solid analytical & functional skills. Ability to connect the dots / see the big picture without losing sight of details. Solid communication skills both written and spoken. High level of Executive maturity. Analytical thinker with strong drive for results. Ability to lead, train and influence others without authority. Thrives well in a busy and demanding environment.
