This position plays a crucial role by delivering a positive dining experience to guests, providing excellent customer service in the restaurant.Responsibilities:To ensure guests have a positive dining experience by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and attending to customer needs.Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner, take orders, and provide recommendations when needed.Ensure that you follow the steps of the service and all SOPs as per the mini manual booklet.Preparing and serving food & beverages as per company standard.Upselling products and promoting special items to customers.Maintaining clean and organized work area, including the waiter station, packaging materials, and storage areas.You need to be able to deal with customer rejection/complaint in an open and efficient manner.Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer serviceObtaining revenues: issuing receipts, accepting payments, returning the change.Clean tables or counters after customers have finished dining, always maintain a clean work surface, behind counters.Co-ordinate with the Trainee, kitchen staff, barista staff to ensure smooth operation and guest SatisfactionFollow health and safety guidelines to ensure the well-being of customers and colleagues.Follow the company Grooming standardsQualifications:High school diploma or equivalentExperience:Minimum 2 years experience in the hospitality / restaurant industry in the UAE.
