Executive AssistantJob Location : UAEKey Responsibilities :?Maintain CEO?s daily, weekly and monthly calendar.?Read and analyse incoming memos, submissions, and reports in order to determine their significance and plan their distribution.?Prepare responses to correspondence containing routine inquiries?Coordinate any travel and accommodation requirements of the CEO.?Assist in the planning and preparation of meetings, conferences and conference telephone calls.?Manage CEO?s front office (managing visitor traffic and telephone calls).?Provide assistance in sending out any correspondence/communications from CEO to others as may be requested by the CEO. (meeting invites, announcements etc.).?Prepare any presentations; excel sheets as may be requested by the CEO.?Coordinate with Facility Manager for purchase of any office furniture/equipment for CEO?s office.?Manage booking of the conference room.?Handling of petty cash, day to day purchase of various items as per requirement?Undertake any ad hoc or project work as may be assigned by the CEO
