Key Responsibilities:Coordinate and manage the preparation and execution of events, ensuring all details are addressed to client specifications.Liaise with clients to understand their event requirements and provide tailored solutions.Maintain strong relationships with internal teams, including sales, food & beverage, and operations, to deliver successful events.Oversee logistics, set-up, and breakdown for events.Monitor budgets, timelines, and vendor contracts to ensure events are delivered within the agreed scope and budget.Assist in the planning and implementation of marketing strategies for upcoming events.Provide exceptional service and ensure client satisfaction throughout the event process.Requirements:Previous experience in event planning or hospitality industry, preferably in a luxury hotel or venue.Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to handle multiple events simultaneously and work under pressure.Proactive, team-oriented, and customer-focused.Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
