About this opportunityAre you looking to join a dynamic and fast paced team in Market Area Middle East & Africa? Do you have an entrepreneurial approach and loves hunting and closing sales? Then read further! We are now searching for an Enterprise Sales Manager with the responsibility to drive sales of Ericsson?s emerging business portfolio, including Private and Dedicated Networks. The role will be located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.Being part of MMEA Strategy & Commercial Management team, the role has two main focus areas: On one hand, the responsibility covers the sales funnel build up through direct interaction with targeted enterprises within industries such as Oil & Gas, Manufacturing, Airports, Ports and Mining. Successful leads will be matchmade with Ericsson?s CSP (Communication Service Providers) customers. On the other hand the responsibility is to identify and nurture new channel partners in UAE for wider reach and spread of our portfolio.The role requires a fundamental understanding of both the industries as well as the CSP?s enterprise business, operations, and service offerings. We are in particular looking for candidates with Partner Management experience both from sales and strategic level. Experience from at least one of the industries mentioned above will be a plus.What you will do

  • Prime industry engagements to generate ?pull effect? from enterprises for Ericsson and CSPs: Proactively build and secure enterprise opportunities in multiple verticals/industries.
  • Develop and drive strategy of channel partner business model.
  • Drive sales and marketing campaigns to build a pipeline of Enterprise opportunities with key industries and companies in the UAE - Oil&Gas, Utilities, Ports & logistics, Construction, and Manufacturing
  • The key advocate for 5G Enterprise for Ericsson in the UAE
  • Build relationships with key business groups in the UAE government departments and agencies to position Ericsson and 5G as key to their digital transformation agenda
  • Develop partnerships with other solution providers with complementary propositions (products and services) for Ericssons Enterprise offering
  • Orchestrate the qualification of opportunities by bringing together relevant Ericsson teams (Customer Unit and Domain), Operators and if necessary, the right Systems Integrator
  • Once qualified and mature, transition opportunities to relevant Ericsson Customer Unit/ Domain to drive to conclusion or delivery
  • Accurately forecast and manage new and ongoing sales opportunities through your direct enterprise engagements and the channels.
  • Develop use case models to drive business development
  • Support our Key Accounts to successfully close opportunities based on Ericsson portfolio.
  • Cross collaborate with other Market Area Domains to ensure an End to End Enterprise approach
  • Apply Challenger and consultative selling skills with a great commercial skillset
You will bring
  • Extensive Experience in Enterprise/B2B sales for ICT solutions including HW, SW and Services and Solid track record in sales leadership positions
  • Extensive Experience in Channel management / B2B sales
  • UAE Enterprise and Industrial Landscape
  • At least one Enterprise vertical other than Telecom
  • Key Digital Transformation technologies - 5G, Cloud Computing, Data Analytics, IoT, and AI
  • Consistent track record of successful solution selling in the industrial sector preferably in Oil&Gas, Utilities, Ports & logistics, Construction, and Manufacturing.
  • Experience in creating new routes to market through partnerships, joint-ventures, new startups, while delivering profitable growth
  • Experience from Mobile Networks Sales, preferably with focus on Core/Cloud NW
  • Strategic view ? quickly identifies patterns among problems and issues; able to identify alternatives, develop solutions and make proposals
  • Experience of working, end-to-end, in at least one complex enterprise engagement fromopportunity identification to negotiation and closure
  • Sales hunter and business development mentality
  • Ability to build new business from ground up
  • Strong entrepreneurial & commercial thinking ? open to new ideas, accepts challenges and leads with optimism
  • Results driven ? excellent planning and execution skills
  • Ability to navigate through complexity and ambiguity
