Key Responsibilities:Develop and deliver engaging English lessons in line with curriculum standardsTeach grammar, reading, writing, vocabulary, speaking, and literaturePrepare lesson plans, instructional materials, and assessmentsAssess student performance and provide feedback for improvementSupport students’ language development through creative and interactive methodsEncourage critical thinking, discussion, and a love for reading and writingMaintain classroom discipline and create a positive learning environmentCommunicate with parents regarding student progress and concernsParticipate in faculty meetings, professional development, and school eventsQualification:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in English, English Literature, or EducationTeaching certifications (e.g., TEFL, TESOL, or equivalent) preferredExperience:Minimum 2–5 years teaching English at middle or high school levelExperience in curriculum planning and student assessment preferred
