As a professional in your role, your responsibilities and essential job functions will include but are not limited to:Greet and welcome guests upon arrival and departure with a professional, friendly demeanor.Assist guests with luggage, providing a smooth and efficient check-in and check-out process.Open doors and assist guests in entering or exiting the hotel, ensuring their safety and comfort.Provide information to guests about hotel amenities, local attractions, and transportation options.Help arrange transportation (taxis, ride-sharing services, private cars) as requested by guests.Maintain a clean and safe entrance area by monitoring for any potential hazards.Assist with guest requests, including but not limited to directions, restaurant reservations, or special accommodations.Ensure a positive first impression by consistently delivering exceptional customer service.Monitor and manage vehicle parking areas, directing guests to appropriate parking zones.Coordinate with the front desk and concierge team to ensure guest needs are met promptly and efficiently.Report any maintenance or safety concerns to the appropriate departments.Ideally, you should possess some or all thefollowing qualifications and experience:Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in hospitality.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Professional appearance and demeanor with a focus on guest satisfaction.Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to addressing guest needs.Basic knowledge of the hotel?s amenities and local area.Ability to handle luggage and assist guests with physical items.Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and assist guests as needed.High school diploma or equivalent; further education in hospitality or customer service is a plus.You will be redirected to the company website to apply for this position.
