Key Responsibilities:Prepare and assemble cold dishes, salads, appetizers, and desserts in accordance with hotel standards.Ensure all food is prepared and presented according to the hotels specifications.Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cold kitchen area.Assist with stock control and inventory management for cold kitchen ingredients.Ensure the safe and proper handling of all kitchen equipment and ingredients.Work closely with the Sous Chef and other kitchen staff to ensure smooth kitchen operations.Assist in training and supervising junior kitchen staff.Requirements:Previous experience as a Demi Chef de Partie or in a similar cold kitchen role, preferably in a hotel or high-volume kitchen.Strong knowledge of cold kitchen techniques and food preparation.Excellent attention to detail and presentation skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
