Key Responsibilities:Assist in the preparation and production of bakery and pastry items, including bread, pastries, and desserts.Ensure all products are prepared and presented according to hotel standards and recipes.Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bakery and pastry section.Monitor and manage inventory, ensuring ingredients are fresh and properly stored.Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.Assist in training and supervising junior kitchen staff.Requirements:Proven experience (2+ years) in a bakery/pastry role, preferably in a hotel or fine dining environment.Strong knowledge of pastry techniques and baking methods.Creative and detail-oriented with a passion for pastry arts.Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
