Customer Security ProfessionalAs a critical member of Customer Security team, you will lead the development of Nokia?s common security mode of operation and capabilities for customer engagement, support Nokia?s customer teams facing security and privacy related issues and engage in security dialogue with Nokia?s leading customers and respective Nokia customer teams (CTs).Job Responsibilities & CompetenciesCustomer Security Professional?s responsibilities include:

  • Understand key customer security requirements, Nokia?s key security capabilities and based on them summarize Nokia?s key security and privacy value in an easy to read format for customer and customer team use.
  • Analyze the latest security trends emerging from customer demands and industry, estimate their impact to Nokia?s customer offering? together with Nokia business groups and actively propose improvements.
  • Understand the regional regulatory requirements on security for the telecom industry and represent Nokia?s interests in the security dialog with different regulatory bodies.
  • Drive security as a differentiator within strategic customers by supporting customer teams to build differentiation with security and actively participating in strategic customer dialog around security.
  • Act as the security advisor to senior Customer Operations management.
  • Provide guidance and support to Customer Security Managers (CSM) in CO Market Services for high priority security needs within the strategic customers.
  • Manage Nokia?s customer security mode of operation (MoO) and develop it based on customer and Nokia requirements
  • Lead and facilitate the customer security Community of Practice within Nokia.
  • Support the recruitment of CSMs in CO Market Services and drive security and privacy competence development in CTs
  • Be an enthusiastic member of HSSE Customer Security function and be accountable for the results of the function
Qualifications
  • Knowledgeable and expertise of the latest trends pertaining to security in general and cyber security specifically
  • Understanding of telco security principles, key telco security risks and available telco security solutions
  • Subject matter expert in security standards (e.g. ISO 27001, NIST CSF) and the latest trends.
  • Strong understanding of local aspects of security requirements and legislation.
  • Understanding of industry standards and frameworks (e.g. 3GPP, NESAS) and related solutions is an advantage.
  • Security certification (e.g. CISM, CISSP, CRISC, CISA, CCSP) is an advantage.
  • Experience in Customer Sales and Delivery Roles
  • Experience in contract negotiations and compliance
  • Focus on standardization, quality, results and KPIs.
  • Excellent oral presentation skills including the ability to simplify complex matters.
  • Excellent interpersonal and networking skills.
  • Customer-oriented way of working
  • Creative and problem-solving mind-set.
  • Bachelor?s degree or equivalent experience. Masters degree is a plus.
  • Professional experience in a customer security role.
  • Ability to collaborate across BG/ Unit boundaries.
  • Line management experience is preferred
