Job Description

You Baby Studio is a leading baby and family photography studio with a strong presence in Dubai, UAE. We specialize in capturing precious family moments and milestones through the art of photography. We are now looking for a dedicated and passionate Customer Relations Manager to join our team and ensure exceptional customer experiences at our Dubai branch.Team Management:

  • Recruit, mentor, and manage the customer service team
  • Provide training and guidance to enhance the teams skills
  • Foster a collaborative and creative work environment.
Client Interaction:
  • Establish and maintain excellent client relationships, ensuring their needs and preferences are met.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their photography requirements and preferences.
  • Handle inquiries and client communication effectively.
Appointment Scheduling and Coordination:
  • Manage the booking and scheduling of photography sessions, coordinating with the photography team to ensure availability.
  • Send appointment reminders and follow-up communications to clients.
Quality Assurance:
  • Implement and maintain quality control standards for all photography work.
  • Review and edit photographs to meet company and client expectations.
  • Continuously seek ways to enhance and innovate the photography process.
Reporting and Communication:
  • Provide regular reports on bookings and sales performance and key metrics to the branch manager and headquarters in Dubai.
  • Maintain open and effective communication with the companys leadership team.
Qualifications:
  1. Previous experience in customer service, client relations and managing the team
  2. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  3. Proactive and customer-focused with the ability to address client needs effectively.
  4. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  5. A professional and friendly demeanor with a commitment to providing exceptional service.
