Key Responsibilities: Plan, coordinate, and supervise construction activities on-site.Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources effectively.Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.Monitor progress and prepare reports for stakeholders.Resolve construction issues and technical challenges promptly.Oversee procurement of materials and equipment.Manage and lead construction teams and subcontractors.Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.Proven experience as a Construction Manager or similar role.Strong knowledge of construction methods, safety protocols, and regulations.Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.Proficiency in project management software is a plus.
