A strategic approach to engagement and an alignment of values are what makes this group effective.JOB PURPOSEThe Communications Coordinator for Thought Leadership will work closely with the Communications Director and the wider communications team on strategic initiatives focused on communicating Careem?s growth and impact to stakeholders in Careem?s 13 markets, and positioning Careem as an industry thought leader, a great place to work, and a positive contributor to regional development.Careem is at the cutting edge of developing new and innovative services for the mobility of people, the mobility of things and the mobility of money, and is a regional pioneer on topics including the future of work, data and AI, mobility and fintech. The communications team is responsible for effectively communicating these exciting developments to relevant audiences.JOB DIMENSIONSBased in Dubai, the Thought Leadership Coordinator works with the Communications Director to support the development and execution of Careem?s communication strategy, as well as the monitoring and analysis of its success and impact.The role involves supporting the Communications Director with stakeholder mapping, narrative development, communications planning, and performance measurement.The Thought Leadership Coordinator also supports content development and manages targeted lists of regional and global events, awards and media opportunities for Careem to consider participating in. The role supports the Communications Director in their engagement with business leaders across Careem as well as with external stakeholders including vendors and partners.KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES (OUTPUTS, KsPI?S)Strategy and narrative development
