Job Description

Responsibilities:Prepare and present a variety of pastries, cakes, and desserts to meet the highest culinary standardsFollow established recipes and production techniques to ensure consistency in quality and presentationAssist in the creation and innovation of new pastry and dessert itemsMaintain a clean, organized, and hygienic pastry section at all timesEnsure proper stock levels and manage inventory for all pastry ingredientsCoordinate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operationsSupervise and train junior pastry chefs and kitchen staffAdhere to all food safety and hygiene regulationsAssist in managing daily operations of the pastry section in the absence of senior staffRequirements:Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or Chef de Partie – Pastry in a high-volume kitchenAbility to join immediately or within a short notice periodStrong knowledge of pastry techniques, ingredients, and dessert presentationCreativity and passion for pastry and dessert innovationAbility to work efficiently in a high-pressure kitchen environmentExcellent communication and team-working skillsA culinary degree or equivalent professional experience is preferred
