Key Responsibilities:Prepare and cook dishes according to menu specifications and quality standardsManage a specific section of the kitchen (e.g., sauces, grill, pastry, vegetables)Supervise and coordinate work of junior kitchen staff (commis chefs, apprentices) in their sectionEnsure proper food storage, hygiene, and safety standards are maintainedMonitor stock levels and assist with inventory managementCollaborate with the Head Chef and Sous Chef for menu planning and kitchen operationsMaintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen sectionContribute to innovation and development of dishes in their areaQualification:Diploma or certification in Culinary Arts / Hotel Management / Professional CookingRelevant apprenticeship or on-the-job training preferredExperience:Minimum 2–5 years of experience in professional kitchensExperience in hotels, restaurants, or catering establishments preferred
