Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Chef de Partie to join our culinary team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a specific section of the kitchen, preparing high-quality dishes, and ensuring the smooth operation of their section in accordance with our standards.Key Responsibilities:Prepare and cook menu items within your designated section with attention to presentation and quality.Follow recipes, portion controls, and presentation standards.Ensure all dishes are prepared in a timely manner to meet service deadlines.Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area and workstation.Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards, including proper storage and handling of ingredients.Supervise and mentor junior kitchen staff within your section.Assist in inventory management and stock control.Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations.Contribute to menu development and suggest new ideas.Qualifications:Diploma or degree in Culinary Arts or related field.Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role.Knowledge of food safety standards (HACCP).Strong culinary skills in [specify section, e.g., pastry, grill, sauté].Excellent organizational and time management skills.Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.Good communication and teamwork skills.Creativity and eagerness to learn.
