Responsibilities:Supervise and coordinate all camp activities including housekeeping, catering, maintenance, and security.Manage camp staff (housekeepers, cooks, cleaners, maintenance workers, etc.) and ensure smooth daily operations.Monitor and maintain accommodation standards, ensuring cleanliness, hygiene, and safety.Oversee inventory control for food, water, fuel, and other consumables.Ensure health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards are met within the camp.Liaise with vendors, contractors, and service providers for maintenance and supplies.Maintain accurate records of camp occupancy, maintenance, and supplies.Requirements:Strong leadership and supervisory skillsExcellent organizational and communication abilitiesKnowledge of camp management procedures and HSE standardsProblem-solving and decision-making skillsBasic computer literacy (Excel, Word, email communication)Ability to work in remote or isolated environmentsQualifications:Education: Diploma or Graduate (Hospitality, Administration, or related field preferred)Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of experience
