Responsibilities & Qualifications:Receive, inspect, and store meat products in accordance with health and safety regulations.Cut, trim, and portion meats such as beef, poultry, lamb, and pork.Ensure proper handling and storage of meat products to maintain freshness and prevent contamination.Maintain cleanliness and organization of the butcher?s area and equipment.Previous experience as a butcher, preferably in a hotel or resort setting.Knowledge of meat cuts, butchering techniques, and food safety regulations.Strong attention to detail and hygiene standards.
