Job Description

New business development responsibilities include developing relationships with key decision-makers at Industrial solutions, waste management, and recycling machinery to initiate and secure business opportunities. Participate in the development, maintenance, and coordinated execution of specific goals related to the delivery of new business on a quarterly and annual basis. Routinely communicate and develop relationships with all clients who are initiated by or assigned to this position.Additional responsibilities include working with Business Development and Operations to ensure efficient development of proposals with associated pricing, master service agreements, and work orders initiated by this position.Primary Responsibilities

  • Identify customer challenges and objectives and demonstrate the solution that addresses these requirements and brings business value to the organizationcompetitive analysis is key to messaging around why our solution is best
  • Secure and communicate product knowledge and industry expertise to customers.
  • Assist the sales support team to prepare compelling, professional content for RFPs
  • Support responses to RFPs and RFIs for prospective clients
  • Communicate market needs and developing trends to core management and colleagues
  • Plan and coordinate with teams as appropriate to ensure the achievement of quarterly and annual goals for the position
  • Anticipate and identify client challenges and provide solutions by company policies and procedures
  • Maintain timely and detailed records in company CRM for assigned customers, such as account profiles, contracts and proposals, sales and budget documents, and internal communications
  • Maintains current professional level of knowledge of company technologies and related services to communicate effectively with clients and internal staff members
  • Ensure core management is immediately notified of all issues thought to be significant (e.g., service complaints, invoicing problems, etc.) while providing recommendations for resolution.
Key Performance Indicators
  • Develop a portfolio of potential customers using host CRM for visibility
  • Achieve sales and profit targets
  • Emphasis on specification work within KSA-based PMs, end users/EPC Contractors, and OEMs
  • Market Share Growth in the vertical in the KSA area.
  • Develop technical knowledge of all offerings and build relationships with existing customers.
Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree (BA or BSc) from a four-year college or university; a graduate degree or additional certifications an advantage
  • 5+ years of experience in industrial sales or related positions within the industrial industry is preferred.
  • Exceptional customer support, negotiation, and closing skills
  • Understanding of company technology offerings, related services, policies, and procedures
  • Ability to instill and maintain confidence in customer base and solve pain points; develop and nurture new and existing customer relationships
  • Strong independent, critical thinking skills and demonstrated ability to discern multiple viewpoints
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills including the ability to efficiently identify and resolve issues
  • Keen ability to accurately discern priorities in a resource-constrained work environment; project or product management experience an advantage
  • Must have strong iWork, Office, and/or Google Apps and other productivity application skills; extensive CRM experience an advantage
  • Strong conflict and issue resolution and collaboration skills; can solve problems and pivot promptly
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent interpersonal skills; technical writing skills are an advantage.
