Job Position – Assistant Finance ExecutiveCompany Name – Dubai Precast LLCResponsibilities:– Handle cheque and TT preparation, payment vouchers and supplier checklists.– Obtain approvals from authorized signatories and release cheques with proper documentation.– Maintain up-to-date records of all cheques, PDC status, and security cheques.– Prepare receipts for client payments, scrap sales, and miscellaneous transactions (EID, fines, insurance, etc.).– Respond to supplier payment inquiries and email cheque details when required.– Support external and internal audits through accurate filing and documentation.Requirements:– Bachelor’s degree with 1-2 years of total experience.– Freshers in the UAE can also apply.– Good communication and coordination skills.– Basic accounting/payment knowledge.
