This role also involves assisting the architecture department with necessary administrative tasks. /p p This opening offers an exceptional opportunity to join our team in a prominent role, serving as the primary point of contact both internally and externally. Based in our Dubai office, this role requires active interaction with our senior management team within the professional consultancy sector, making excellent interpersonal and organizational skills a fundamental requirement. /p p p strong Requirements: Professional Qualities: /strong /p p p strong Administrative Assistant /strong to Architecture team and Assistant to Regional Practice Lead-Architecture: Assist the Director's work habits and preferences, delegate tasks, manage diary commitments, and handle email and correspondence along with administrative task for the Architecture department. /p p p strong Requirements: /strong /p ul li p strong Experience /strong : Demonstrated executive PA experience at a similar level. Substantive experience in an administrative role. /p /li li p strong Education /strong : High standard of education, including English and math qualifications. /p /li li p strong Technical Proficiency /strong : Excellent knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and familiarity with IT technology. /p /li li p strong Graphic Software: /strong Preferably, familiarity with graphic software like Photoshop and InDesign. /p /li li p strong Communication /strong : Strong verbal and written communication skills. /p /li li p strong Decision-Making /strong : Ability to make decisions and exhibit initiative. /p /li li p strong Organization /strong : Well-organized with a methodical approach to daily activities. /p /li li p strong Workload Management /strong : Capacity to handle fluctuating workloads and maintain composure under pressure.
