Job Description

IIQAF is seeking an Admin Clerk to assist with a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. This position requires an individual who is organized, detail-oriented, and possesses strong communication and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will have a background in administration and a positive attitude.Responsibilities

  • Process and monitor invoices, check requests, and other transactions
  • Maintain accurate records and filing systems
  • Prepare and distribute agendas and meeting minutes as needed
  • Review and process work orders, update department databases
  • Respond to departmental inquiries and requests in a timely fashion
  • Coordinate and manage travel arrangements; hotel and car rental booking
  • Organize and facilitate department meetings and other events
  • Assist in budget preparation and planning
  • Monitor and troubleshoot mail/telephone systems
Qualifications
  • Highly organized with attention to detail
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Solid understanding of office management software
  • A minimum of 2 years of administrative experience preferred
