Job Description

Roles & ResponsibilitiesTo support the Business Excellence (BE) function by designing, analyzing and optimizing key business processes across the organization. The Process Engineer will be responsible for driving operational efficiency, process standardization and continuous improvement initiatives aligned with organizational goals and performance frameworks.Map, document and analyse current business processes across departments and project sites.Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks and improvement areas in workflows, systems and coordination models.Design and propose optimized processes aligned with best practices in construction project delivery and corporate operations.Support the implementation of standardized processes across departments (Engineering, Procurement, Planning, HR, etc.).Facilitate workshops and Kaizen events to gather input and foster a culture of continuous improvement.Work with digital teams to recommend automation opportunities and technology interventions.Contribute to the development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), guidelines and process manuals.Assist in establishing performance measurement systems (KPIs) to track the success of process changes.Ensure compliance with corporate governance, quality, safety and sustainability standards in process design.Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure change management and adoption of new processes.Internal:Business Excellence TeamOps and Strategy TeamDepartment Heads (Projects, Planning, Procurement, HR, Finance, QA/QC)Site Teams and Functional LeadersIT & Digital Transformation TeamsExternal:Process Consultants (if applicable)Technology Partners / Automation VendorsFRAMEWORKS, BOUNDARIES & DECISION-MAKING AUTHORITY:Works within the strategic and operational guidelines set by the Business Excellence and Ops & Strategy teams.Recommends process changes based on data and best practices; implementation decisions are taken in consultation with business heads.Expected to exercise professional judgment in process design, data analysis and internal coordination.Desired Candidate ProfileEducation:Bachelor?s degree in industrial engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related discipline.master?s degree in operations management or Process Engineering is an added advantage.4-7 years of experience in process engineering, business excellence, or continuous improvement roles.
