Installation Technician is responsible to install customized wardrobes/closets and kitchen, ensuring the high quality product and service.Key Responsibilities???Assembles, installs, and repairs the product in customers homes or offices using necessary tools.???Ensures all products are installed efficiently, on-time, as per installation drawings, delivering a service that exceeds customers? expectations.???Cleans, repairs, and replaces safe and file drawers, locks, catches, and slides.???Reports all accidents, damage and malfunctions involving company equipment to management.???Follows blueprints, work orders, and production schedules to accurately determine job instructions and specifications.???Determines if problems may exist in blueprint, take necessary action to solve problem to customers satisfaction.???Documents service and installation actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records.???Maintains customer confidence by keeping service information confidential.
