Welcoming Concierge / Airport Representative (Russian Speaker)

Job Description

We are a Dubai and Oman based Destinations Management company dealing with inbound tourism and we are urgently looking to hire Airport Representative - Welcoming Concierge (Russian Speaker and other European languages preferable)Main Tasks & Responsibilities:Ensure that the Company clients are met and assisted in a timely and professional manner.Would be required to provide special services for large groups and work closely in handling VIPs with extra customer service and care.Maintains a professional image by following the protocol of paging for guests.Making sure that the Marhaba services are handled properly.Ensure proper hand over of guests to their assigned transfer.Implement necessary controls and ensure compliance with the airport rules and regulations.Maintain a list of all important contact numbers (airport, hotels, and suppliers).Collect the traffic sheet & welcome packs 3-2 days prior arrival while noting any important remarks. Salary: AED 3,000 to 5,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances. REQUIREMENTS: Fluent in, Russian,English, other languages is an advantage.Great presentation.Able to work independently.Flexible working hours.Good sense of customer service.Excellent communication skills.
