We invite you to showcase your passion for guest service as a Wedding Butler, where your exemplary standard of care and personal attention will make our guests feel not comfortable, but also valued.Hotel Overview:Ideally situated on the Arabian Gulf in Ajman, UAE, the Fairmont Ajman has opened in May 2015. The hotel is in close proximity to both the Sharjah and Dubai airports. The hotel features 252 guestrooms and suites, including two luxurious penthouse offerings, a multitude of dining options and fitness facilities. The beachfront location offers guests a wide range of leisure activities including water sports and diving as well as access to shopping and cultural excursions. Event planners can take advantage of 2,000 square meters of indoor function space as well as outdoor facilities.Summary of Responsibilities:Reporting to the F&B Manager, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging serviceIdentify and anticipate guests needs and ensure personalized service is providedProvide Food and Beverage services as requiredAssist with any plans or arrangements the guest intends to make during their stayEnsure that all requests from guests are made possible and are followed up onFully understand and have knowledge of all in suite services, technology, amenities, functions and systemsAssist guests regarding hotel facilities in an informative and helpful wayFollow department policies, procedures and service standardsFollow all safety policies Other duties as assigned REQUIREMENTS: Qualifications:Previous customer related experience an assetMust possess a professional presentationMust possess outstanding guest services skills and sophisticated verbal and communication skillsComputer literate in Microsoft Window applications an assetStrong interpersonal and problem solving abilitiesHighly responsible & reliableAbility to work well under pressure in a fast paced environmentAbility to work cohesively as part of a teamAbility to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all timesPhysical Aspects of Position (include but are not limited to):Frequent standing and walking throughout shiftOccasional kneeling, pushing, pulling, lifting up to 20lbs.Occasional ascending or descending ladders, stairs and rampsVisa REQUIREMENTS: Please note that you must be eligible to live and work in Ajman.
