We are looking for a strong, talented, self-motivated and result driven specialist for the position of Wealth Advisor/Investment Specialist. This is an opportunity to work in a dynamic and super friendly environment, to bring your own contribution to our common goal to gift our clients FREEDOM.Develop knowledge of the clients entire financial situation and structure goals based on investment and financial planConduct estate planning and work closely with internal and external resources to meet estate planning goals of the clientEstablish the level of trust and confidence with the client so that any financial issue can be addressed and solutions are offeredSet client investment objectives including risk tolerance, asset allocation and cash requirementsDevelop Investment Policy Statement (IPS) with each client based on their goals, objectives and risk tolerance. Annual review IPS with each clientMonitor asset allocation on quarterly basis according to the policy and goals, evaluate need to rebalanceReview portfolio issues (taxes, liquidity events, capital calls and etc.)Present alternative ideas to the clientDevelop new leads and referrals from current clients and outside contactsOffer value-added fee-added services to the clientsParticipate in sales meetings with prospective clients REQUIREMENTS: Strong interpersonal relation skills and excellent communicatorPresentation skillsGood knowledge and understanding in real estateExcellent time management and organizations skillsBusiness orientedEnergetic and positive attitudePreferably French speakerWe are offering a basic salary plus commission
