Employment: Full Time . Coordinate the arrival of goods at warehouseSupervises the unloading and placement of inventory items & checks the incoming and outgoing shipmentReceives and distributes inventory and coordinates supply from FT officesCoordinate with FT clients including intercompany sales for timely deliveries and planningPhysical loading and offloading of goodsMaintains warehouse area, keeping it clean and in orderEnsures inventory is efficiently stored and displayedMaintaining the inventory of PPE stockUnloading the material to Warehouse and place it in proper places systematicallyMake the proper packing of material for dispatch to clientArrangement of loaded materials as per the Delivery Challan (DC) issued from officeInspecting the materials received and prepares the Goods Receive Note with the detail of quantity & quality of received materialEnsures confidentiality of the documentsRestriction of unauthorized access of outside partiesData entry and inventory checkingOversee receiving, distribution, warehousing and maintenance operations.Submission of transfer documents with BOE to gate 3 and record all the invoices nos. that are submitted to customsCustoms representative/PRO representation during customs inspection & other customs related task.Scanning and sending thru email the acknowledgement document once shipment is donePreparing export shipping documents. REQUIREMENTS: Having at least 3-5 years experience in a manufacturing industry.Hardworking, can easily adapt to a new environment, physically fit, flexible, knowledgeable in Warehouse Operations & supply chain & logistics.Bachelor Degree or equivalent, have good organizational and communication skills.
