Fluent in English and any one of the European languages is a mandatoryMain Responsibilities:During the opening, procedure ensure that the table top set up flowers, candles, lamps and tent cards is set according to the restaurant requirements.Ensure that all tabletop items are clean and in good repair.Greet the guest in a friendly and courteous manner according to the standards of Palace.Seat the guest according to the standards of Palace.Assist with service as required by the Manager.Handle all telephone bookings and inquiries in accordance with the standards of Palace.During closing, procedure ensure that all tabletop items are collected and cleaned as per the standards set by Palace.To be present in the restaurant during service hours.Ensure that all menus, drinks lists and guest collateral items are kept clean and undamaged according to the standards set by Palace.Attend communication meeting, briefings and training sessions as required by the ManagerAnswer the telephone calls & e-mail, accordingly as per requirement.To keep uniform neat and clean and ensure personal grooming and hygiene is in line with standards set by Palace.Any other duties, which may be assigned to you from time to time as directed by your Supervisor or Manager.Salary:AED 3,000 to 4500 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.Additional benefits: Visa, Medicals, Flight tickets every 2 years and 30 days annual leave Salary: AED 3,000 to 4,500 per month inclusive of fixed allowances. REQUIREMENTS: REQUIREMENTS:Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in similar position with a 4 or 5 star hotel or restaurant.Ability to work and communicate effectively with people of all cultures.Excellent communication skills.Fluent in English and any one of the European languages is a mandatoryMust be ready to join immediately or in 30 days.
