Requirements* Bachelors degree in any field. A recognized certification such as CIA, CPA, ACA, CISA, CFE or other equivalent certification.* Minimum of 8 years of experience in internal audit in a complex organization, preferably with experience in strategic project management, quality assurance and continuous improvement.* Ability to influence, communicate and lead discussions with Heads of Internal Audit and other senior-level management.* In-depth knowledge of governance, risk and control frameworks and concepts, and the IIAs International Professional Practices Framework.* Outstanding communication and presentation skills
