One of the leading global investment management group in the UAE opened a fantastic opportunity to hire VP - Asset Management to join their team.As VP Asset Management you will be responsible with:Direct Investments* Assessment and evaluation of new investment prospects* Supporting on deal structuring and negotiation* Managing and coordinating legal documentation processPortfolio Management* Monitoring and improving investment portfolios* Risk assessment of potential opportunities and suitability for respective clients* Portfolio performance reporting* Handling exits and reinvestment* Relationship Management with clients, advisors and other fund managers REQUIREMENTS: Key Qualifications* At least 8+ years of direct investment / asset management experience* Solid quantitative analytical skills, able to build complex financial models* Knowledgeable in negotiating legal documentation including SHA, SPA, financing agreements* Experience in leading and supervising more junior team members* Excellent qualitative skills including presentation skills, good command of spoken and written English along with a proactive working attitude* Arabic speakers not compulsory but preferred
