Australian Pavilion, Expo 2020 DubaiGreat opportunity for an experienced administrator to play a role in ensuring VIP guests are greeted in a highly professional and engaged manner at all times. Applications close on Sunday 9 February 2020 REQUIREMENTS: A key support to the Pavilions VIP program, this role requires the management and daily maintenance of files and diaries, plus plays a key role in the planning and execution of VIP events including coordinating invitations, preparing and distributing event collateral, setting up meetings and completing other duties as directed by the VIP Reception Team Leader or Pavilion management.Experience in the UAE, or an understanding of the Middle East region will be advantageous.
